Accounting software for small businesses
Books that stay right, with AI that asks before it posts.
A complete double-entry ledger with bank feeds, invoicing, bills, reconciliation and month-end close. AI does the busywork; a person approves every entry.
Built and used every day by RBM Business Holdings Inc. to keep its clients' books.
Everything the books need, in one place
From the bank line to the owner's monthly report, without spreadsheets in between.
Bank feeds and reconciliation
Connect bank and card accounts, or import statements. Rules and transfer matching clear the routine lines; reconcile each account and lock the month when it ties out.
Invoicing that follows up
Invoices, quotes, recurring billing and statements. Reminders get firmer as an invoice ages, late fees apply on schedule, and a customer's promise to pay pauses the reminders.
Getting paid, matched
Deposits are matched to the invoices they pay: by invoice number, exact amount, a group of invoices that adds up, or the customer named in the bank memo.
Bills and expenses
Bills, vendor credits, payments and recurring expenses. Snap a receipt and the expense fills itself in for you to check.
Reports owners read
Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, aging, budgets, sales tax and a monthly report package, plus a plain-language summary of the month.
An owner portal
Owners sign in to a read-only portal with multi-factor authentication to see their own company's reports, open invoices and bills. Nothing else.
AI that suggests. You decide.
The AI reads what a bookkeeper would read and proposes the answer with its reasoning. Nothing reaches the ledger until a person approves it, and every suggestion is kept on record.
- Suggests a category for bank lines nothing else recognizes, with its reason.
- Reads receipts and fills in the expense.
- Flags transactions that look unusual before you close the month.
- Reads customers' replies: promises to pay, disputes, “already paid.”
- Drafts each month's summary for owners.
Built to be audited
Accounting rules enforced by the database itself, not just the screens.
- Nothing is erased
- Entries are never edited or deleted. Corrections are new entries, so the history is always complete.
- Every change logged
- An audit trail records who did what, and when, for every record.
- Closed means closed
- Lock a month after it's reconciled and nothing can be posted into it.
- Each company sealed off
- Every company's records are isolated in the database, with sign-in by password and authenticator.
